Homecoming Cards

Terms and conditions for the Blue Moon Homecoming Cards promotion, November and December 2026.

1. The promoter. This promotion is run by Blue Moon Wellness Spa, ABN 56 656 932 325, 300B Cobbitty Road, Cobbitty NSW 2570 (“Blue Moon”, “we”, “us”).
2. Promotion period. Cards are given out from 1 November 2026 until 31 December 2026, or until all cards have been given out, whichever comes first.
3. How to receive a card. You receive one card for each appointment or purchase made in person at Blue Moon during the promotion period. There is nothing to enter and no extra cost. We record the name of each person who receives a card.
4. What the cards hold. 300 cards will be given out. Every card looks the same on the outside. The reward is revealed under a scratch panel or inside a sealed fold.

5. Using your card. Bring your card to your appointment or purchase between 1 January and 31 March 2027. One card can be used per appointment or purchase, and cards cannot be combined with each other. Treatment rewards apply to one treatment. The retail reward applies to retail products only. Cards cannot be used on The Open Door or on gift vouchers.
6. The major prize. The major prize is four Homecoming Rituals, one for each season. Bring the card to your next visit and we will plan the four appointments together, subject to availability.
7. If the major prize card is not given out. If the major prize card has not been handed out by 31 December 2026, the major prize will be drawn on 5 January 2027 at 10am at 300B Cobbitty Road, Cobbitty NSW 2570. The draw is made at random, in front of an independent witness, from all people recorded as receiving a card. The winner will be contacted by phone and email within two days of the draw.
8. Unclaimed major prize. If a major prize winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of a draw, or if the major prize card is not presented by 31 March 2027, the prize will be redrawn in the same way as clause 7 on 7 April 2027 at 10am. The redraw winner will be contacted the same way.
9. Gifting cards. Cards can be given to someone else. Whoever presents the card can use it.
10. Cash and replacements. Cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, damaged or altered cards will not be replaced or accepted.
11. Expiry. All cards expire at the end of 31 March 2027, apart from the major prize as set out in clauses 6 to 8.
12. Privacy. Names and contact details are used only to run this promotion and contact winners, and are handled in line with Blue Moon Wellness Spa's privacy policy.
13. Changes. If circumstances outside the promoter's control affect the promotion, the promoter may change or end it, subject to NSW law.
14. Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
