  • All appointments are booked through our online booking system (Phorest) via the link on our website.

  • A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address once your appointment is secured.

  • You must be 18 years or older to book independently. Bookings for clients under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be present during the appointment.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.

  • No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full treatment cost.

  • We understand that genuine emergencies arise. Please contact us directly if you need to cancel due to an emergency and we will handle it with care.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

  • We accept payment by card. Afterpay is available for eligible treatments.
