1. About Us
Blue Moon Wellness Spa is a sole trader wellness practice operated by Elizabeth Kent, located at 300B Cobbitty Road, Cobbitty NSW 2570. We provide holistic facial and nervous system wellness treatments.
2. Appointments and Bookings
All appointments are booked through our online booking system (Phorest) via the link on our website.
A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address once your appointment is secured.
You must be 18 years or older to book independently. Bookings for clients under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be present during the appointment.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.
No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full treatment cost.
We understand that genuine emergencies arise. Please contact us directly if you need to cancel due to an emergency and we will handle it with care.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
We accept payment by card. Afterpay is available for eligible treatments.
Prices are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed on our website and booking system.
5. Health and Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or medications before your appointment. This information is kept confidential and used only to ensure your safety and the suitability of treatments.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
